Flathead River

Experience the beauty of the Flathead River and its surrounding landscapes. Enjoy a day exploring local water, looking for trout, and experiencing the quieter side of Montana fly fishing.

Missouri River

Fish one of Montana's most celebrated trout fisheries. Spend the day floating the Missouri, targeting wild rainbow and brown trout while taking in the beautiful landscape surrounding the river. Our focus will be matching the prolific bug hatches with dry flies, head hunting for rising fish. You can also find success with nymphs and streamers. Trout spey is another fun way to change it up in the shoulder seasons (spring and fall).

Toothy Critters

Explore new water on the Lower Flathead River aboard our drift boat with a trolling motor (jet boat coming in 2027). Access stretches of river that are difficult to reach by traditional drift boat setups and spend the day targeting aggressive northern pike on big streamers.

An opportunity to get off the beaten path and experience a different side of Montana fishing. Great experience for advanced anglers who enjoy sight fishing.

Will Phelps is a Montana-based angler, filmmaker, and lifelong outdoorsman with a passion for exploring new water and sharing the experience of fly fishing.

Through his work with Phelps on the Fly and Will Phelps Media, Will has spent years traveling, fishing, and documenting some incredible fisheries around the world. His approach to fishing is rooted in curiosity, exploration, and a genuine appreciation for time spent on the water.

Whether we're floating familiar trout water or venturing into new stretches of the Lower Flathead, the goal is simple: have a great day on the river, learn something along the way, and hopefully find a few fish.
